All We Need is Vision
It is given to all of us to be visionaries . Surely we can rise to the challenge at least once in a lifetime !!
Vision is born out of dissatisfaction with the status quo , whether in one’s private or personal life . A person of vision pushes back the boundaries , and determinedly forges his own mode of expression . How does being a visionary affect life in my field ? Answer…..a lot! It means rejecting worn-out standard solutions and finding innovative ones .
It means being open to feelings , our own and others’. It encourages us to run with the winners who create desires rather than getting stuck with the losers who focus on unfulfilled needs.
It may seem that the the visionary dreams for himself and others , but in the end does no more than create new possibilities on the market. He or she does more than that. I am reminded of Fellini’s words : he said a great visionary is also a great realist , because he creates a bridge between the dream and its realization , a bridge that is there for all who feel ready to cross it.
In work and life, my mission as a visionary is set in stone . Whoever runs with me must keep this in mind.
